Gigantec Review: Brazil's PC Hardware Store Explained

Gigantec review: what this Brazilian PC hardware store sells, how its kits, campaigns and installments work, and which offers are active before you buy parts or a complete PC.

Building or upgrading a computer in Brazil usually means comparing several hardware stores, each with its own price on the same graphics card and its own rules for shipping and payment. Gigantec is one of the specialist options, with a catalog that runs from individual components to ready-built gaming and office PCs. The interesting part is less the product range, which is broad, than the way it structures prices through campaigns, kits and payment terms.

This desk review is based on Gigantec's published product information and the offers listed on Dealnory, checked on November 4, 2026. We have not tested any products bought from Gigantec. Gigantec review: a Brazil-only hardware specialist

Gigantec describes itself as a technology e-commerce specialist and is part of the Fagundez Tecnologia group, which says it has been selling technology across Brazil since 2006. The company reports more than 200,000 orders a year and delivery to all 26 Brazilian states. The site is in Portuguese, prices are in reais and the services are built around Brazilian payment methods, so this is a store for buyers in Brazil rather than for international shoppers.

Alongside third-party brands, Gigantec sells computers, accessories and peripherals under its own NTC brand. That gives it a range of ready-built machines at different price points, which is useful if you want a working PC without choosing every part yourself.

What you can buy: parts, kits and complete PCs

The component side covers processors, motherboards, graphics cards, memory, storage, power supplies, cases, coolers and fans, with brands such as AMD, Intel, Seagate and Rise Mode in the mix. Beyond parts, the store lists gaming PCs, corporate PCs and mini PCs, monitors, networking equipment from TP-Link, audio from JBL, software and even 3D printing products.

Two features stand out for builders. Upgrade Genial kits combine items such as a motherboard and processor, or a computer and monitor, and the Monte seu PC tool lets you configure a custom machine. Kits can simplify compatibility checks, but compare the kit price with the same parts bought separately before deciding, because the value depends on the exact combination.

How Gigantec structures its promotions

Gigantec runs a calendar of campaigns rather than one permanent discount. Its own campaign page lists a Black Friday event in November, an anniversary campaign in July, a consumer month in March and seasonal promotions through the year, plus weekly offers. Products in the Black Friday campaign carry a seal that the store says means the price is at or below its level over the previous 60 days.

Other labels help you read the catalog: a percentage seal marks products with discounts the store says can reach up to 90%, and short-term deals appear under a limited-time label while stock lasts. Treat these labels as a starting point and still compare the final price with other Brazilian retailers for the same model.

Payment, shipping and after-sales

For selected Ofertas Geniais, Gigantec advertises up to 10x interest-free on a credit card at the same value as the PIX cash price, which can make a big purchase like a graphics card or a full PC easier to spread out. Check whether a specific product qualifies, because the condition applies to that offer group rather than to everything.

Free shipping is campaign-based. The store's rules say conditions may depend on region, minimum order or product category, and the free-shipping discount is shown only in the cart and at checkout after you enter your CEP. On warranty, Gigantec handles claims made within the first 7 days after receipt, while later claims for products covered directly by the manufacturer are redirected to that manufacturer. Opening and testing your parts promptly is therefore worth doing.

Who Gigantec suits, and who may want another store

Gigantec is a good fit for Brazilian gamers, PC builders and small offices that want components, ready-built machines and peripherals from one specialist, and who like to buy during campaigns or spread the cost with interest-free installments. The NTC range and the kits are helpful for buyers who prefer fewer decisions.

It is less useful for shoppers outside Brazil, and buyers who want a single fixed discount code may find the campaign-based model harder to compare. As with any hardware store, independent reviews of the exact part matter more than the retailer when choosing between models.

Our verdict: strong for planned upgrades in Brazil

Gigantec makes the most sense when you know what you want to build and can time the purchase around a campaign such as Black Friday. A broad component range, ready-built options, kits and interest-free installments on selected offers give it plenty of ways to reach a good final price.

The trade-off is complexity. Shipping and discounts vary by campaign and region, so always check the cart total with your CEP and compare it with at least one other store before you order.

Current offers and a sensible final price

Gigantec currently lists Black Friday deals on PC hardware and computers, up to 90% off on products marked with its percentage seal, up to 10x interest-free on a card at the PIX price for selected Ofertas Geniais, free shipping on selected campaign products in Brazil once the cart confirms it for your region, and Upgrade Genial kits that bundle parts such as a motherboard and processor. These conditions apply to specific products rather than the whole store, so compare the cash and installment totals for your exact parts list.
