LEGO Brasil Review: Buying Official Sets in Brazil

LEGO Brasil review: what the official Brazilian LEGO store offers, how shipping, installments and exchanges work for buyers in Brazil, and which current offers apply before you buy.

LEGO sets are sold almost everywhere in Brazil, from marketplaces to toy shops, so the question for many buyers is why go to the official store at all. LEGO Brasil, at lego.com.br, is the LEGO Group's licensed online store for the country, operated by its official partner M Shop Comercial LTDA. It promises authentic sets and the full current range, and its payment and exchange rules follow Brazilian practice. This review is for shoppers with a delivery address in Brazil; the store does not serve other countries.

This desk review is based on LEGO Brasil's published product information and the offers listed on Dealnory, checked on November 4, 2026. We have not ordered from the store or built the sets. LEGO Brasil review: the official range, in reais

The store carries the current LEGO themes, including Icons, Ideas, Art, LEGO Editions, Technic, City, Friends, DUPLO, DREAMZzz, Speed Champions, BrickHeadz and the Botânicos plant sets, alongside licensed lines such as Harry Potter, Marvel, DC, Disney, Pokémon, PlayStation, Sonic the Hedgehog and Animal Crossing. DOTS sets and LEGO keychains cover smaller gifts.

Filters for age, interest, piece count and price help narrow a large catalogue. Age bands run from sets for children up to three years old to 18-plus display models, which makes the store as useful to parents buying a first DUPLO set as to adult fans hunting a large Icons or Technic build.

Why buy from the official store

The main reason is authenticity and range. Buying from the licensed store removes the risk of counterfeit or incomplete sets that can appear on marketplaces, and exclusive or new releases may appear there first. The store marks some items as Exclusivo and others as Última chance, a useful signal for collectors who want a set before it retires.

Price is not always lowest at the official store. Marketplaces and large retailers sometimes discount popular sets more heavily, so for a common set it is worth comparing the final price including shipping. For exclusives, retiring sets or anything where authenticity matters, the official store is the safer route.

Shipping, payment and installments

Shipping is charged as a delivery fee that varies by region, and delivery takes from 3 to 24 days depending on where you live, counted after payment is approved. The cart shows the fee and estimated time for your CEP, so check it before paying, especially for a birthday or Christmas gift.

Payment is by credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo and Hipercard, or by Pix and boleto. Every product can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$ 99.99, which helps spread the cost of large sets. The store says it occasionally offers a Pix discount, but not when cashback, gift cards or vouchers are used.

Exchanges, missing pieces and gifts

Exchanges and withdrawals are accepted within 7 calendar days of receipt, and the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the invoice from the site. That makes it sensible to keep a gift sealed until you are sure it is right. If a delivery arrives with missing items, the store asks you to refuse it and contact customer service.

For lost bricks after building, the FAQ notes that lost pieces are not replaced by LEGO and that replacement part deliveries are currently delayed, so it suggests rebuilding first, since apparently missing pieces often turn up. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Who LEGO Brasil suits, and who may want something else

LEGO Brasil suits buyers in Brazil who want guaranteed authentic sets, collectors chasing exclusives and retiring sets, and parents who prefer the official store for gifts. Interest-free installments make it practical for larger display sets, and the Clube de Vantagens adds Building Points for regular shoppers.

Buyers focused purely on the lowest price for a widely available set may find better deals elsewhere, especially during marketplace sales. Shoppers outside Brazil cannot use the store and should look for the LEGO store serving their own country.

Our verdict: the safe choice for authentic sets in Brazil

LEGO Brasil is the straightforward choice for authentic LEGO sets delivered in Brazil, with the full current range and exclusives in one place. Its payment options suit large purchases, and the Ofertas section makes it worth checking even for price-conscious buyers.

Calculate shipping for your CEP, compare prices on common sets and keep gifts sealed until the 7-day exchange window has passed. For exclusives and retiring sets, buying direct is the sensible route.

Current offers and a sensible final price

LEGO Brasil currently lists discounted sets in its Ofertas section, with selected sets reduced by up to around half their original price, and every product can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments with a minimum installment of R$ 99.99. Registered shoppers can also earn Building Points through the Clube de Vantagens loyalty program, whose terms are on the program's own page.

Shipping is charged by region, so add it to the sale price when comparing with other retailers. Check the latest LEGO Brasil coupons and offers on Dealnory to see what is active today.
