Supplement shopping often starts with a single goal, such as more omega-3 or magnesium, and ends with a basket of overlapping products, each promising something slightly different. Before long, the cupboard holds several bottles with similar ingredients and nobody is quite sure which ones are still being taken. WeightWorld is interesting because it sells a large range of supplements in big counts, which can be good value or simply a lot of capsules to get through.

I would start with a specific reason for taking a supplement and, ideally, advice from a health professional. A supplement earns its price when it fills a genuine gap and is taken consistently. A large tub does little for the budget if it expires half full or duplicates something you already take.

What WeightWorld sells

WeightWorld’s Spanish site, operated by Comfort Click Ltd and trading since 2006, sells omega-3, magnesium, collagen, vitamins and minerals, adaptogens, fitness products, weight-management items and gummies. Examples on the site included a 240-softgel omega-3 2,000 mg pack at €22.95, magnesium glycinate with vitamin B6 at €12.99 for 180 capsules, magnesium citrate at €19.99 for 240 capsules, vitamin D3 4,000 IU with K2 at €22.99 for 365 tablets and a 400 mg magnesium complex at €18.99 for 180 capsules.

Those counts often cover several months, which lowers the price per day. The trade-off is committing to a product for a long time before you know whether it suits you.

Read the label, not just the headline dose

The omega-3 product page gives a useful example. It recommends two softgels daily with water, preferably with a meal, providing 660 mg EPA and 440 mg DHA per serving, with vitamin E and a bovine gelatin capsule. The pack is described as a four-month supply and labelled free from gluten, lactose and GMOs.

The headline “2,000 mg” refers to the fish oil, not the EPA and DHA themselves. When comparing omega-3 products, compare the active fatty acids per day. Also note the bovine gelatin if you avoid animal-derived capsules.

Safety comes first

The product page advises not exceeding the recommended daily dose, consulting a health professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, stopping use if there is an adverse reaction, and keeping the product away from children. It states that the products are not intended for under-18s. The homepage also says supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Those warnings matter particularly with combinations. High-dose vitamin D, multiple magnesium products or several omega-3 sources can add up quickly. Check your existing supplements before adding another, and ask a pharmacist if you take regular medication.

Avoid doubling up

WeightWorld sells several forms of magnesium, including glycinate, citrate and a four-form complex. Each has its own positioning, but taking more than one at once may simply increase the total dose rather than add a different benefit. The same applies to multivitamins that already contain vitamin D or zinc.

Make a simple list of everything you take, with the amount of each nutrient per day. It takes ten minutes and can prevent paying twice for the same ingredient.

Shipping and returns

Delivery to mainland Spain is free from €40, with €3.99 charged below that for home delivery in one to two working days. Pickup points are free from €35, the Balearics from €45, Ceuta and Melilla from €50 and the Canary Islands from €60, with longer delivery times for islands.

Opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned except where the law requires. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number, and the legal 14-day withdrawal right applies. The homepage mentions a 90-day money-back guarantee that the returns page does not describe, so treat the returns page as the reference.

Compare the cost per day

Divide the price by the number of days the pack lasts at the recommended dose. Then compare that with similar products elsewhere, matching the active ingredients rather than the capsule count.

For illustration, a €22.95 four-month omega-3 supply works out to about 19 cents per day. If you stop taking it after a month, the effective cost is several times higher. That is a budgeting example, not a health recommendation.

My verdict

WeightWorld looks most useful for shoppers in Spain who already know which supplement they need and want long-lasting packs at a low daily cost. The detailed labels and safety notes make it possible to compare products sensibly. I have not taken these supplements, and nothing here is medical advice.

I would choose one product for a clear purpose, check it against what you already take and speak to a professional if you have health conditions or take medication. The price earns its place when the supplement fills a real gap and is taken consistently. Fewer, well-chosen products are usually better value than many.

Compare the available offers below against the complete checkout total. Choose a coupon that applies to what you actually need, and check its conditions before paying.
